Users

Create CMS users and give them the roles needed for their work.

Users are people who can sign in to CMS Admin. They are separate from Subscribers and public site Participants.

Give the smallest suitable role

Choose a role which covers the person’s normal work without giving unrelated administration access.

Disable or remove access when somebody no longer needs the CMS. Do not share one Admin account between several people.

Signed-in CMS users can use the native public Profile Menu when the active Header supports it and the Site Design setting is enabled.
