Cornerstone Migrator troubleshooting

Do not force an automatic conversion when the preview is clearly wrong. Use the review tools and keep the source available while you diagnose it.

Preview does not match the source

Check whether the difference is content or theme presentation. Builder-specific spacing, animation and runtime widgets may need a normal WordPress replacement rather than automatic recreation.

Images are missing

Confirm the source image still exists and the WordPress Media Library is writable. If the item came from an uploaded Cornerstone export, check that the export actually contains the expected Media.

Apply to Original is unavailable

Confirm the Migrator has the correct original Page or Post selected and resolve any warning shown in the workspace before attempting to apply it.

Converted item needs manual work

Use the review report to identify the affected section, then rebuild that part with normal WordPress blocks or another supported WordPress feature.

Need to undo an applied conversion

Use Restore Cornerstone Source when the supported restore action is available. For broader recovery, restore the WordPress backup taken before conversion.
