Recovery and suspension
Understand Silo recovery rights when a Bridge entitlement reaches suspension.
Bridge licensing is separate from API authentication and from the free single-site Micro CMS baseline.
Grace period
After expiry, Bridge first enters normal grace periods. Existing operation continues while new licensed capacity is restricted and the Admin shows the approaching suspension date.
Suspended recovery window
During the recovery-only window, affected paid Silos stop normal public serving and normal CMS operation. Authorised owners can still sign in to the dedicated recovery interface to get their data out safely.
Recovery actions
The recovery interface focuses on Download Backup, Export Site Data and Detach/Relocate Silo. It does not offer “Restore Recovery Point” as a client recovery action.
Host fallback
The Host falls back to the normal standalone baseline with one fully operational local Silo. Additional licensed Silos are the ones affected by suspension.
Public error page
Visitors to a suspended Silo receive a neutral temporary-unavailable page. Licensing or billing details are not exposed publicly.
