Search
Manage the public search index and check search health.
Search provides the native public content search used by /search/.
What is indexed
Published Pages and Posts can appear in search. Draft or private content should not be exposed through the public index.
Rebuild when needed
Use the Search administration tools when the index needs rebuilding or Site Health reports a problem. Normal publishing should keep the index updated automatically.
Documentation search
The Documentation Pack uses the native search route and sends Ctrl/Cmd + K to the documentation search field instead of introducing a separate search service.
